Obituary of Patricia JeanAnn Ballard

Patricia JeanAnn Ballard, 68, of Bay City, our fun and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend was born into eternal life on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region. Patty was born on February 4, 1951 in Bay City, the daughter of the late Alvin and Bernice (Bumgarner) Biniecki. While attending Central High School, Patty played the drums in the cadet band, and in the concert band. She later went on to be a drummer for various country and variety bands. Patty owned and operated her own karaoke show called Kraft Connections. She was a member of the Eagles Post 1010 – Woman’s Auxilary, enjoyed playing softball and was on several pool leagues. Patty loved to play bingo, enjoyed taking rides on her motorcycle, and she loved to sing. She will be missed dearly and lovingly remembered for generations to come. Patty leaves to carry on her legacy, her children, Bernice Pretzer, Jeffry Peglow, and Christie Adams; grandchildren, Justin Moreau, Eden Moreau, Kenneth Moreau, Jeremy Moreau, Adrianna Pretzer, Holden Pretzer, AIC Joshua Adams USAF, and Taylor Adams; many great-grandchildren; siblings, Alvin and Terry Biniecki, Lyle and Teri Biniecki, and Mary Biniecki (Neil), along with several nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents, Patty was welcomed home to heaven by her husband, LeRoy E. Ballard, and her son-in-law, Timothy W. Adams. Patty’s family will be present to receive visitors on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Vigil at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd., Hampton Twp. On Saturday, July 20, 2019, Patty will be taken to Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (St. Stanislaus Kostka Church,) 1503 Kosciuszko Ave., Bay City, visiting will continue from 9:00 AM until the time of her 10:00 AM Funeral Liturgy. Fr. Richard Filary will officiate with the Rite of Committal to be held privately in St. Patrick Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
