Obituary of Wilma G. Reynolds
Wilma G. Reynolds, 90, of Bay City, our fun and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend was born into eternal life on the morning of Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Toni & Trish House in Auburn. Wilma was born in Unionville, the daughter of the late August and Ella (Hintz) Rehbein. Wilma graduated high school and went on to attend Northeastern School of Commerce. On June 25, 1949, Wilma married Doran “Mike” Reynolds, who predeceased her on March 27, 2009. Together they shared nearly 60 years of marriage and countless memories. Wilma retired from Krogers after 25 years, was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, a Charter Member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 150 in Frankenmuth, and a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 6950 in Kawkawlin/Linwood. Anyone who knew Wilma, knew her love of playing cards, especially Euchre – many would consider her quite the “card shark.” She also liked to go camping and spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Wilma leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Cheryl (Frank) Stehle; grandchildren, Luke (Kelly) Stehle and Jill (Matthew) Wilkinson, and great-grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Kaydence, Conner, Eliana, and Madelyne. Wilma was welcomed home to heaven by her husband, Mike, and her parents. Wilma's family will be present to receive visitors on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd., Hampton Twp. On Tuesday, February 6, 2018, Wilma will be taken to Faith Lutheran Church, 3001 Wilder Rd., Bay City, where visiting will continue from 10:00 AM until the time of her 11:00 AM Funeral Ceremony. Memorial contributions may be directed to Toni & Trish House or to Faith Lutheran Church. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family online at www.skorupskis.com.
